Welcome to Montzone. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Montzone website, online marketplace, products, services, and related features (collectively, the “Services”).

Montzone is operated by Montzone Global Limited (“Montzone,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. Our Services

Montzone provides a B2B wholesale and sourcing platform for outdoor products. Our Services may include:

Product discovery and wholesale purchasing
Product sourcing
Sample orders
Bulk purchasing
Private label and customization services
OEM/ODM services
Order and shipment management
Buyer support and related business services

Montzone is intended primarily for businesses, retailers, resellers, distributors, online merchants, and other commercial buyers.

Montzone is a wholesale-only platform and is not intended for ordinary consumer retail purchases.

2. Business Accounts

Certain features may require you to create an account.

When creating an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate and current information;
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials;
Keep your account information updated;
Use your account only for legitimate business purposes;
Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for activities conducted through your account.

3. Wholesale Purchases

All purchases made through Montzone are intended for business and resale purposes.

Product prices, minimum order quantities (“MOQ”), availability, lead times, and other purchasing conditions may vary by product and supplier.

Unless otherwise stated:

Product listings do not constitute a binding offer to sell;
Orders are subject to confirmation and acceptance;
Montzone may correct pricing, product, availability, or listing errors;
An order may be cancelled where necessary due to pricing, inventory, supplier, payment, or other material errors.

For customized, private-label, OEM, ODM, or made-to-order products, additional terms may apply.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, prices, and availability are accurate.

However, product information may change and may contain minor errors or differences, including differences in:

Color;
Size;
Packaging;
Product appearance;
Materials;
Specifications;
Manufacturing batches.

Where applicable, the actual product specification confirmed in an accepted order or quotation will govern.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed on Montzone may be wholesale prices and may be subject to applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, or other fees unless expressly stated otherwise.

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize Montzone or its payment service providers to process applicable charges.

Payment methods and applicable payment conditions are described in our Payment & Billing information and may vary by order.

For certain wholesale transactions, Montzone may require additional verification or payment arrangements before an order is accepted.

6. Shipping, Delivery and Customs

Shipping and delivery are subject to the terms described in our Shipping & Delivery policy.

Unless otherwise stated, the buyer may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other destination-country charges.

Estimated delivery dates are provided for guidance only and may be affected by:

Supplier production;
Inventory availability;
Carrier delays;
Customs clearance;
Weather;
Public holidays;
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, cancellations, refunds, and replacement requests are subject to our Returns & Refunds policy.

Customized, private-label, OEM, ODM, personalized, or made-to-order products may be subject to different return or cancellation conditions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Montzone platform, including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, interface designs, photographs, videos, software, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Montzone unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit Montzone content without prior written permission.

9. User Content

If you submit product reviews, images, comments, business information, requests, or other content to Montzone, you represent that:

You have the necessary rights to submit the content;
The content does not infringe third-party rights;
The content is not unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or abusive.

You grant Montzone a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the Services.

10. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services to:

Violate applicable laws or regulations;
Commit fraud or misrepresentation;
Infringe intellectual property rights;
Upload malicious software;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform;
Interfere with platform operations;
Scrape or systematically extract data without authorization;
Create fraudulent accounts or orders;
Circumvent security or access controls;
Use the Services for unlawful or abusive purposes.

11. Third-Party Services

Montzone may use third-party providers for payment processing, shipping, analytics, communications, hosting, customer support, authentication, and other services.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

12. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Services and website content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Montzone does not guarantee that:

The website will always be available;
Product information will always be error-free;
Products will always remain available;
Delivery estimates will always be met;
The Services will be uninterrupted or completely secure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Montzone will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.
