Delivery may be affected by circumstances including:
- Customs clearance;
- Carrier delays;
- Weather;
- Port congestion;
- Public holidays;

- Supplier delays;
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information;

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable order or quotation:
The buyer is responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges, and destination-country fees.
Montzone does not control customs authorities or the amount of duties and taxes assessed by the destination country.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the products they purchase can legally be imported into their destination country.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after the shipment has been handed to the carrier.
The delivery status shown by the carrier may be used as the primary reference for shipment tracking.
8. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If a shipment appears to be delayed, buyers may contact Montzone for assistance.
We may work with the relevant carrier or supplier to investigate the shipment.
For shipments confirmed as lost or damaged in transit, the resolution may depend on:
- Shipping method;
- Carrier investigation;
